About Janus Technologies, Inc.

Founded in 2013 by Jeffrey Brock, Janus Technologies, Inc. was established with a clear mission: to help IT professionals and business owners unlock the full potential of the tools they already own—especially the ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech) RMM platform.

With over three decades of hands-on experience in the IT industry, Jeffrey brings a wealth of expertise spanning SOHO, SMB, and medium-enterprise environments. His career began in the early 1990s as an IT Assistant for a regional auto parts chain. He went on to serve as an IT Administrator for one of Northwest Florida’s largest homebuilders, then as a Service Manager for a national IT firm, and ultimately became President of the oldest Managed Service Provider (MSP) in his region.

Jeffrey has been working with the ConnectWise Automate platform since 2010, attending the first-ever LabTech Boot Camp and earning recognition as one of the inaugural LabTech Certified Professionals (LTCPs). He remains actively involved in the ConnectWise community, participating in the Partner Innovation Network (PIN), BETA programs, the Software Development Kit (SDK) community, and collaborating closely with leading community developers.

Janus Technologies, Inc. was founded to address a key challenge voiced by many ConnectWise users: the complexity of implementing and optimizing the Automate platform. Too often, business owners and technicians struggle to configure the system effectively and fully utilize its capabilities.
